How long does the product take to arrive?
Expect 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Possibly longer if you don't live in North America.
What happens if my order has not arrived after 2 months?

What name appears on my credit statement?
Your credit card will appear as ANNERINPRO, which refers to Annerin Productions. Annerin Productions is Rain The Beatles Experience's management company. Please go here for more information about Annerin Productions.
What Payment Gateway do you use?
Annerin Productions uses PayPal for all store bought items. For more information on PayPal go here. After you confirm your order, you will be transfered to PayPal. There you can either pay without signing up, or you can sign up with PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you can login and pay through your PayPal account. After payment has been made, you will recieve payment confirmation from PayPal.
Who do you use for Shipping?
For single items like 1 T-Shirt, we use Canada Post. For total quantities over 1 item we use Fedex Ground for North America. For shipments internationally for 1 item we use Canada Post for total quantities over 1 we use Fedex Express. If you have questions regarding shipping, please contact us at rainsales@raintribute.com.

What happens if Fedex does not ship to my country?
There may be another option to ship to you. The best thing is to contact us at rainsales@raintribute.com, but there may be a high likelihood that we can't ship to your country. However, if Fedex can ship to your country, we will not ship it any other way ie. regular mail.
Where do the orders ship from?
All orders ship from Calgary, AB Canada.
Will I be charged any duty or brokerage fees when I receive my package?
Depending on the laws of each individual country regarding imports, you may be charged duty and/or brokerage fees. Orders under $200 shipped to USA should be exempt from duties, however because of changing laws, this may change in the future. You should contact the Fedex office in your country to determine if you will be charged a duty or brokerage fee before ordering.
What kind of taxes do you charge on the orders?
Due to Canada Revenue regulations, all orders are charged 5% government tax.
What happens if I have an order discrepancy?

What happens if my order is damaged in shipping?
You must contact us immediately after you have received your product and it is damaged. All orders are tracked by our management company through Fedex, except 1 item orders which are sent via Canada Post. Orders not reported to us after 3 days of arrival to you will not be recognized as a legitimate claim. You should contact us at rainsales@raintribute.com if your order has been damaged. You will need to give us your Fedex Way Bill number for proof of shipment. You should also send us your PayPal receipt to the above email, when making your claim. If you have shipped your product to another destination, then you should contact the recipient to gain your Fedex Way Bill number. Without this number we cannot verify shipment. For orders shipped via Canada Post, we cannot make refunds.
You will also have to ship the item back to us at your expense to receive any refund. Because of the value of items sold, we cannot incur extra return costs. We take every precaution to pack your item as securely as possible. You may be able to receive a refund for your shipping from Fedex directly.
What is the charge portion seen on the cart and the confirm page?
There may be a packaging charge for product quantities over 1 by Annerin Productions to ship the orders.
